Linzay Davis
Founder and CEO
Linzay Davis is mom to two little girls, and after her unpaid parental leave with her second daughter went terribly wrong she quit and started The Park, a parental leave consulting agency, helping new and expecting parents get the parental leave they deserve. Her goal is to make sure every working mom understands her pregnancy rights and protections so she can confidently advocate for herself and take the longest, paid parental leave possible.
She lives in San Diego with her husband, their daughters, her mom, and their two dogs. When she's not coaching expecting parents over Zoom, she loves taking long walks on the beach, going on family camping trips in their tiny trailer, and reading books from the library.

CA Parental Leave Consulting Specialist
Stacy is a San Diego native and mom to twin boys and a dog named Pumpkin. I'm so excited to join The Park and help parents confidently navigate parental leave! At 31 weeks pregnant with her boys she went to a routine doctor appointment and walked out unexpectedly on disability and modified bedrest. Despite her career and professional experience handling tricky tax and accounting issues, the scarcity of information and complexity surrounding parental leave left her dazed and confused. In the end, she was able to take over seven months of parental leave and loves her role as The Park’s California specialist helping other new and expecting parents in CA maximize their parental leave benefits so they can take the paid time off they deserve.
